1999 Movie Star Barbie + “Mon Etoile” International Release OOAK

We Americans do not have the adoration market on Barbie cornered. She is loved around the world and has found her way into the hearts of Europeans, Asians, Hispanics alike. This Barbie doll was marketed as an International movie star, her box replete with multiple language translations. She is wearing her original purple gown with silver fireworks display, original sunglasses, original silver heels, original earrings and original ring. I added a sparkly silver garland wrap, a silver purse with star embellishment, held on her wrist with a beaded star stretch bracelet, and coordinating bead and star necklace. The doll is part of the deal. She has the Superstar Era bod, twist ‘n turn waist, flexible knees, arched feet, long ash blond hair and lavender eyes. I am including a photo of the doll in the original packaging, but I do not have said packaging. This doll arrived with several friends that I spotted one day on Ebay. She has been freshened up and comes to you from a non-smoking, Barbie-loving home with a Westie who is the star of the show in his own mind.
